Meet the Staff
Robert L. Braden
President & CEO

Robert is a graduate of Texas Tech University and has spent the last 25 years working professionally as a Texas grain and feed merchandiser and business manager. His professional work experience includes managing a cross country merchandising company located outside of San Angelo for the first twelve years of his career before transitioning to the role of Senior Texas Merchandising Manager for Scoular in their Kansas City office for nearly ten years. Robert returned to Texas with his wife Emily in 2020 to manage a farmer’s cooperative in South Texas prior to accepting his current position with TGFA. He brings a wealth of experience in grain and feed trading and leadership to the Association.
Sadie Hardison

Sadie is a recent graduate of Texas Tech University, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Agribusiness in August 2025. She was raised in Fredericksburg, Texas, on her family’s farm and ranch, where she developed a strong appreciation for production agriculture. Her early involvement in Texas FFA strengthened her experience in agricultural leadership and business. Sadie’s educational background and lifelong connection to agriculture provide a solid foundation for her work with the Texas Grain and Feed Association.
