Our booths are 10x10 and include a table, 2 chairs, a trash can, hotel wi-fi, and 2 complimentary exhibitor badges. Any additional needs can be ordered through our exhibitor kit.
Exhibitor KitÂ
We are working with Michael Ermis, the Audio/Visual Director for the Embassy Suites in San Marcos, Texas.
The exhibitor kit will be sent directly to our exhibitors in the Spring of 2026.
