Robert is a graduate of Texas Tech University and has spent the last 25 years working professionally as a Texas grain and feed merchandiser and business manager.  His professional work experience includes managing a cross country merchandising company located outside of San Angelo for the first twelve years of his career before transitioning to the role of Senior Texas Merchandising Manager for Scoular in their Kansas City office for nearly ten years.  Robert returned to Texas with his wife Emily in 2020 to manage a farmer’s cooperative in South Texas prior to accepting his current position with TGFA. He brings a wealth of experience in grain and feed trading and leadership to the Association.

Madison grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, but has been a resident of North Texas for the last 7 years. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas Christian University in 2020. Madison is married to a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and together they have a daughter and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys true crime podcasts and studying new languages.
