From the smallest country elevator and retail feed store to the export elevator and large integrated and commercial feed manufacturers, Texas Grain & Feed Association is the oldest trade association and one of the most diverse agricultural organizations in the State. Our industry is a major contributor to the Texas economy, with the total agricultural input at $80 billion, from field to fork.

Meet Our Staff
Ben Boerner, CAE, President ben@tgfa.com
Ben joined TGFA in 1986 after receiving his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Animal Science and Nutrition from Texas A&M University. After a five year stint with Oil-Dri Corporation in Chicago, Ben in 1993 became only the fourth full-time exec the Association has had since 1959. Ben serves on the Facililty Certification Institute's Board of Directors and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, Texas Society of Association Executives, Agricutural Association Executives Council and the Grain, Elevator and Processing Society. He is also a graduate of the US Chamber of Commerce's Institute for Organization Management.
Lynn Parker, Manager of Communications and Public Relations lparker@tgfa.com Lynn joined TGFA in June, 1999. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Lynn came from Lubbock where she had been an information specialist for the High Plains Underground Water Conservation District. A native of Mertzon, Lynn is responsible for the publications and outreach programs of the Association. Lynn is a member of the Tarrant County Food and Fiber Committee and is a graduate of US Chamber of Commerce's Institute for Organization Management.
